Raritan River Restoration

Rivers are organic. As they mature they flatten. Several hundred years of non-native activity had created a flattened river bottom. Excellent design and a craftsman’s touch put the river in a place to self sustain and purge sediment. Holding capacity is up by 400%. Entomology is at its peak in mountain pure waters. Now, 10 years later, the point bars have matured, the scour pools at their peak and the trout population is very happy indeed.
